Q. How long does it take to Design the website?
A. We will confirm how long to allow for the website to be designed when you place the order with us.

Q. When do I receive my Control Panel login details?
A. This will be in within an email once the website has been completed.

Q. I have lost my login details?
A. Simply fill our contact form and ask for us to re send your login details.

Q. How Long does the free hosting last for?
A. Hosting is for a period of 12 months from the day you take out the hosting with us.

Q. How much does the hosting cost after the free period?
A. Take a look at our our latest prices here, please note you will not have to pay the setup fee as your hosting is already set up.

Q. Can I change to a different hosting company at any time?
A. Yes you can move your website at any time, but remeber we offer 24 hour help with your website only while you host with us.

Q. What do I get with my hosting?

A. With all the features of the control panel there is a video that shows you how to use each section of the control panel.
